These document set out important terms that form the basis on which International Insurance Services ("IIS") agrees to act for you, and are intended to have contractual effect between us. Please, therefore, read the documents carefully as, if you instruct us to act on your behalf, these terms will define our respective obligations in the absence of any written variation to them, or the existence of any other written agreement between us.
